Warranties:

Barefoot® Saddles carry a 12-month warranty from date of purchase on workmanship. Damage resulting from misuse or neglect of the product is not covered under this warranty. Cosmetic and appearance changes to the natural leather products are a fact of nature and are not covered under this warranty. No additional warranties apply, whether implied or other.


Limitation of Liability:

Equestrian activities can be dangerous. RADIANTHORSE.COM cannot be responsible for any injury or damages that occur while riding, or from the use of our products. In no event shall RADIANTHORSE.COM be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of its product(s) offered for sale on this site. Buyer assumes all risks and liability from use of product(s).

RADIANTHORSE.COM reserves the right to change the terms, prices, conditions and notices under which their products are offered. RADIANTHORSE.COM is not responsible for any misprints or misrepresentation on their publications, including but not limited to advertisement, brochures, verbal and e-mail communications and website.


Privacy Policy:

RADIANTHORSE.COM does not share your personal information with third parties, other than for shipping purposes.

Any personal identifying information you provide to RADIANTHORSE.COM via the Internet or through any or other medium is for the exclusive use of RADIANTHORSE.COM. We will not sell this data or otherwise make it available to anyone outside of RADIANTHORSE.COM without the permission of the customer. We will maintain a database of customers in order to make them aware of new products and services offered by us. We care about the privacy of our visitors and customers and we actively enforce this policy.


Shipping:

Saddles have a fixed charge of $35.00 within the continental US. Accessories ordered at the time you order your saddle will ship with the saddle at no extra cost.

Our products are shipped via UPS or Fed Ex ground service (extra charges may apply for special deliveries).


Return Policy:

We offer a 7 day return policy if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase. We will refund the purchase price of the items, provided you have notified us of the return. Any unauthorized returns will be refused. Shipping and handling is not refunded, nor will we refund your return shipping costs. Although we expect minor impressions in the seat and minor scratches on the sides of the saddle from the leathers, if there is water damage, staining, deep scratches, smoke/mildew/pet odor, or other major damage a $50-100 damage fee will apply and be deducted from your refund. The underside of the saddle and/or pad must be free of dirt/hair/damage! All tags must be intact! When returning a saddle or item, please insure for the retail price as we cannot be responsible for damage or loss due to shipping.

* All returned or exchanged items must be in unused condition and with all tags. If RADIANTHORSE.COM does accept any item that has been used, or is missing tags, there will be a restocking fee or rental fee.

* Additional shipping and handling charges will be applied to all exchanges.

* Special orders cannot be returned, exchanged or credited.

* If you return an item's purchased with a free shipping promotion, the actual cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund.

* Failure to observe any of the above may result in shipping and handling charges for any items that have to be returned to you due to failure to observe these guidelines.
